HOW TO PLEDGE

Step 00: Read my pledge letter if you haven't received it yet.

Step 01: Print out the pledge form. (frontpage) (back page)

Step 02: Please fill out the form and sign at the bottom.

Step 03: If you choose to pay your pledge by form of a check, please note that the check should be written payable to the California AidsRide and make sure to include my name and rider number: AIREENE ESPIRITU, RIDER #7235.

Step 04: Send the pledge form and your payment to:

Step 05: You can check this website periodically to see where I am with my training, sign my guestbook and give me mush words of encouragement...
